Expertly distilled from the finest Canadian grains and then matured in hand selected seasoned and new white oak barrels for a minimum of 7 years

It is intoxicating and shows a strong character

This maceration is then distilled in our traditional copper stills

The fruit was left to cold soak for 4 days after which wild ferment began spontaneously

Matured for 17 years in Fino and 5 additional years in Chenin, Alba is a very subtle, pure and delicate spirit that shows that whiskies' flavors can be long and complex without peat
